Feeling good as we come to the end of this experiment. Glad i was able to finish out successfully. Had a full course healthy meal today. Grill chicken salad and a veggie dish. For i had some racetrac snack that wasn’t good. But made up for it at the gym.

Was basically the same meals grilled chicken and salad for dinner. Turkey sandwich also wheat chackers with spinach. Happy that im finishing strong is the biggest thing
Halloween i must admit i had candy. I had no choice, well i always have one. But had a egg sandwich. That was pretty amazing, so held me good through the day. BUT i had two sodas that day … Thats not good at all . Dinner FIsh and veggies
The day was up and down . i started out with no breakfast, so was kinda heavy at lunch . Mashed potatoes and rib tips .Night was a sub .Since they were 5 dollars all month
Both breakfasts was eggs and bagel . Lunches was the salad with the chicken breast. Dinner Alfredo pasta. Them was very good meals
16 was pretty good . Light breakfast, 6 inch subway tuna for lunch. Fish and mashed potatoes for dinner. Day 17 i went to Red lobster for dinner had shrimp, so seeming pretty healthy.
